Event Description

As per the By-Laws of DANSIC, section 7 'General Assembly', DANSIC hereby announces it will hold its Annual General Assembly on Saturday the 30th of May 2020 at 5-7pm. Due to the COVID-19 health emergency restricting large public gatherings from taking place (item 7.7.2.1), this Assembly will be convened via Zoom. Attendees can send notification of their attendance to viola.m@dansic.org for further details.The agenda will be follows:

  • Election of Chairperson
  • Election of Note-taker
  • The quorum of the General Assembly
  • Approval of the agenda
  • Annual Report of the Board of Directors
  • Presentation and approval of financial statements
  • Evaluation of DANSIC20's event
  • Items for consideration
  • Vacating of the Board of Directors' positions
  • Election of President
  • Election of Vice President of Logistics
  • Election of Vice President of Development and Design
  • Election of auditor
  • Other items of business.

Any items for the agenda shall be submitted in writing to at least one Board member (either viola.m@dansic.org, vincent.b@dansic.org or jessie.pr@dansic.org) no later than 5pm 28th May 2020. An updated agenda shall be sent to all DANSIC members via email at least 24 hours prior to the Assembly
